HSP Brain Workshop

Kids aren't the only ones showing the flexibility of their brains in the days before the Olympiad. Many entusiasic, energetic adults have also gathered to learn more about Brain Education and to hone their HSP (Heightened Sensory Perception) skills.

The adult training has included lectures from high-level HSP practictioners, as well as halds on HSP training practice. Participants learned about the history and theory of Brain Education. The highlight of the workshop was on the Wednesday evening when members recieved direct training from Ilchi Lee, founder of Brain Education, during which they learned to direct and use ki energy in their physical bodies.

The participants also experienced outdoor training at the beautiful waterfall on the grounds of the Fallsview BEST 5 Resort. Members were led through a meditaion designed to clear their brains of old emotional baggage.
